Our methods of operating

Our recruitment methods are oriented to reach three types of candidates. The normal recruiting efforts, such as advertisements, target only two: people actively and passively searching for jobs. Namely employees or graduates, who are hunting for jobs by reading print or online advertisements or who have submitted their CV to a job board database.

On the other hand we additionally approach latent experts, high potentials, managers and graduates, who are not currently actively searching for a job.

 

We cooperate with a lot of European and overseas universities and alumni networks. We carry out recruiting and information days in the different establishments. In some educational institutions we cooperate directly with their career consultants.

Our e-recruiting is oriented to reach active, passive and latent candidates. We advertise in online job portals, we search the different databases, and we insert advertisements in online services with relevant topics, like technical information portals. We use direct address in the branch environment only by customer request. We prefer to use our own 4career engineer network.
